Start Your Day with a Snapshot

The daily summary email is sent every morning at 8:00 AM in your store's timezone. It recaps yesterday's activity so you know exactly where things stand without opening the dashboard.

What Is Included

A typical daily summary contains:

Yesterday's Activity

  • Total orders placed
  • Daily capacity used (for example, 48/50 = 96%)
  • Weekly capacity used
  • Monthly capacity used

Top Products

A ranked list of your most-ordered products from the previous day.

  • Comparison versus the same day last week (for example, "8% increase")
  • Busiest hour of the day

Today's Status

  • Order counter reset to 0
  • All limits active
  • Store opening time

How to Enable

  1. Go to Settings from the dashboard
  2. Scroll to Notification Settings
  3. Make sure your email address is entered
  4. Toggle Enable daily summary to ON
  5. Click Save

The summary is sent to the same email address (or addresses) configured for capacity alerts.

When It Arrives

The email is sent at 8:00 AM in your store's configured timezone, every day. It covers the previous day's data.

If you do not see it:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Verify the email address in Settings
  • Make sure the daily summary toggle is turned on
  • Wait until after 8:00 AM in your timezone

Disabling the Summary

If you prefer not to receive it, toggle Enable daily summary to OFF in Settings and save.

Tips

  • Use the daily summary to spot trends without logging into the dashboard every day
  • If you consistently see 95%+ capacity, it might be time to increase your limits
  • Share the summary with your team by adding multiple email addresses separated by commas
