Initial release on the Shopify App Store

OrderRules is live on the Shopify App Store. This release ships the complete rule engine end-to-end — admin, storefront, and native Shopify checkout enforcement — with a 14-day Pro trial automatically activated on every new install.

📦 Order capacity limits (storewide)

• ✨ Customer-facing messaging when limits are reached, with full message customization.

🛒 Per-product and per-variant limits

• ✨ Cap the number of orders per product (or per variant) per day, week, or month.
• ✨ Cap the total quantity sold per product (or per variant) per day, week, or month.
• ✨ Minimum order quantity floor — e.g. "must buy at least 5 of this item per order".
• ✨ Bulk-create limits across many products at once.
• ✨ CSV import and export for product limits.

📚 Collection limits (Pro)

• ✨ Set a per-order cap on how many units a customer can buy from a specific collection (e.g. max 10 from the Limited Edition collection).

🏷️ Tag limits (Pro)

• ✨ Apply order limits to any product carrying a specific tag — useful for ad-hoc grouping without creating collections.

👤 Per-customer limits (Pro)

• ✨ Cap how many orders, units, or dollars a single customer can buy per day, week, month, year, or lifetime.
• ✨ Per-product per-customer limits (e.g. one of this product per customer per month).
• ✨ Require customer login at checkout when customer limits are active.
• ✨ Customer usage tracked via Shopify Customer metafields — persistent across sessions.

🚫 Native Shopify checkout enforcement

• ✨ All limit rules and store hours are enforced at native Shopify checkout via a Shopify Function — orders that violate a rule cannot complete checkout.
• ✨ Works on Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and standard checkout. No theme edits or developer required.
• ✨ Custom error messages shown directly at checkout.

🎨 Storefront experience

• ✨ Theme app embed: a status banner appears across the storefront when the store is closed or a limit is reached.
• ✨ Theme app block: per-product badge on the PDP showing availability and limits.
• ✨ Customizable banner colours, fonts, and padding to match any theme.
• ✨ Live re-evaluation in the customer's browser so the banner updates the moment the store opens or closes — no page reload needed.

📊 Analytics (7-day history on Starter, 90-day on Pro)

• ✨ KPI cards: total orders, total revenue, average order value, peak day.
• ✨ Daily orders trend line chart.
